Just-In Home Care is seeking a dependable and compassionate Registered Nurse to support client assessments, reassessments, and caregiver training for our growing home care agency.
This position offers consistent hours while maintaining flexibility and work-life balance.
Schedule:
Approximately 15–25 hours per week depending on agency needs.

Responsibilities:
• Conduct initial client assessments in the home
• Perform routine client reassessments and update care plans
• Lead caregiver orientation and training sessions
• Provide clinical guidance and support to caregiving staff
• Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with home care standards

Qualifications:
• Active RN license in the state 2+ years experience required
• Experience in home care, hospice, senior care, or case management preferred
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to travel locally for client visits

Compensation: $38.00 per hour
